Durable drop-down seal designed for fire-resistant and smoke-proof doors made of wood or steel (30 min). Certified also for acoustic doors (44 dB).
Adjustable drop via brass hexagonal button – maximum 18 mm. Fixed into an “omega” profile without removing the seal. Brass screw allows adjustment of the drop angle. Fitted with non-flammable silicone gasket.
Tested for 200,000 cycles, can be shortened by up to 100 mm.
