Automatic Door Seal 1812

Automatic Door Seal 1812 is a durable retractable automatic door seal for wooden and steel doors. It is also suitable for fire and smoke-control doors with 30-minute resistance and is acoustically certified to 44 dB.

The seal drop is adjusted by means of a brass hexagonal actuator, with a maximum travel of 18 mm. The profile is fixed in an omega-shaped channel without removing the retractable sealing element. A brass screw allows adjustment of the drop angle. The gasket is made from non-combustible silicone. The product is tested for 200,000 cycles and can be shortened by up to 100 mm.
